My Tripod is Manfrotto 190XB with a Manfrotto 804RC2 3-Way Pan/Tilt Head with RC2 Quick Release - Strong enough to hold a big and heavy camera like the Nikon D700, it Supports up to 8.8 lb (4kg). EXCELLENT! I highly recommend this combo!
FAVORITE SOFTWARE:
I own NO fancy software, but this our my three favourite programs and I would be completely lost without them!
For Cataloguing and Organizing I use ACDSee Pro 2 and right now I am trying 3, so far so good, editing pictures on number 3 has some very interesting staff.
For Editing my long time friend Corel Paint Shop Pro X2 Ultimate, quite similar to Photoshop but much cheaper and easier to work with, yet quite powerful!
And last but not least, the newest one in the family, Adobe Photoshop CS5, What an amazing program!
